Green Events Source is a full-service green meeting resource.  Our mission is to provide information, tools, products and services to industry professionals seeking to reduce the environmental impact of their conferences, tradeshows and other special events. We work collaboratively with industry stakeholder groups, thought leaders and environmentally conscious vendors to deliver the following programs and services:

• Information and news:  We publish the annual Green Events Source Book and provide ongoing updates on green meeting research, education and policy development through our website and other communications.
• Resources:  We act as a clearinghouse for information on and access to green meeting sites, suppliers and service providers.
• Products and Services: We also offer sustainable products and services directly to meeting planners, trade show organizers and individual exhibitors in the following areas:
  • The Bambooth(TM) line of sustainable booths, accessories and tradeshow services;
  • participant education and engagement programs;
  • eco-friendly graphics and printing;
  • green shipping, show recycling and carbon offsets;
